7. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

7.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once we receive the required deposit or full payment as specified during the reservation process.

7.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Our standard cancellation policy (unless otherwise stated during booking) is:

• Cancellations made 14+ days prior to arrival: Full refund (minus processing fees).
• Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival: No refund.

7.3 Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel tours or bookings due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen farm emergencies. In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or a full refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Jowate Agro-Tourism Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website, Services, or visit to our farm.
